Information collected through contact requests is used for communication and for developing customer relationships. We store contact details so that we can respond to calls or messages in a relevant manner.

Company name, person’s name, email address, phone number, ordered services, and messages sent by the customer.

Personal data is stored for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the agreement made with the customer or to develop customer service.
5. How is data collected?
Personal data is collected only from the individual themselves in connection with contact requests. Anonymous visitor data from the website is collected using web analytics tools.

Data is not disclosed outside the company. Some external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
7. Use of cookies
We use cookies on our website. 11. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to inspect what personal data concerning them has been stored in the personal data register. A written inspection request must be sent, signed, to the person responsible for register matters. The right of access is free of charge when exercised no more than once per year. The data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of inaccurate or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another. They also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The data subject has the right to withdraw previously given consent for data processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of their personal data.
